Go through the house and inspect and fix anything that could have a loose screw.
CHECK LOCKS AND DEADBOLTS ON DOORS AND WINDOWS : Included
If repairs are needed Home Tender can price and provide services as needed.
CHECK CAULKING IN SHOWERS AND BATHTUBS : Included
Repair if minor caulking is needed.
REMOVE SHOWER HEADS AND CLEAN SEDIMENT : Included
Home Tender will provide surface level cleaning and can price to provide additional services as needed.
INSPECT THE BASEMENT (IF APPLICABLE) : Included
Basements are in need of a good inspection at least once a year. Minor issues can be addressed and Home Tender can price and provide additional service if needed.
