INSPECT/CHANGE HVAC FILTERS : Included
If the filter is dirty, Home Tender will change it out, otherwise we will inspect it again next month. Standard filter replacements are included in monthly contract.
TEST AND REPLACE LIGHT BULBS : Included
Ensure all lights are operational and replace if needed. Standard light bulbs are included in monthly contract.
CHECK AND CLEAN DISPOSAL & RANGE HOOD FILTERS : Included
Run/clean out to freshen disposal. Degrease range hood filters.
INSPECT FIRE EXTINGUISHERS : Included
Ensure extinguishers can be located and provides easy access (not being blocked by obstacles), Make sure the gauge shows adequate pressure, has no visible signs of wear and tear and is in date. Home Tender can provide replacements at standard rates if needed.
INSPECT AND TEST FIXTURES : Included
Doorbells, security alarms, smoke/carbon dioxide detectors, gutters/downspouts, drainage sites, water faucets, hoses, etc. Home Tender will address and repair surface level issues and advise if additional service is required.
