TURN OFF AND FLUSH OUTDOOR WATER FAUCETS & HOSES : Included
REPLACE BATTERIES – SMOKE/CARBON DIOXIDE DETECTORS : Included
Home Tender will replace batteries and test ALL detectors. If the detector doesn’t work, Home Tender can replace with a new detector at standard rates.
TEST SUMP PUMP : Included
If applicable, determine it is working properly. Home Tender will engage services to price and repair as needed.
GET HEATING SYSTEM READY FOR WINTER : Included
Check for any leaks in windows and doors, these can cost an arm and a leg. Make sure heating vents are open and not blocked by furniture. Check heater system to make sure it is operative. If repair is needed Home Tender will engage services to price and repair as needed.
WINTERIZE HOME : Included
Remove and store window units. Close storm windows if applicable.
VACUUM REFRIGERATOR COILS : Included
